The police force has come under the spotlight for failing to make headway into the probe of a December 2011 acid attack on Pastor Umar Mulinde of Gospel Life Church Namasuba.
Pastor Mulinde, a former Muslim Sheikh, while appreciating the police for their effort, voiced his disappointment at their failure to arrest any suspect. He was speaking at Entebbe Airport shortly after arriving from Israel where he has been undergoing treatment for the last two years.
